Acquisitions Manager


Reporting to the CMO, the Acquisition Manager is a newly created role to help shape, support and deliver on our ambitious growth plans to acquire new customers.

Bringing a wealth of digital marketing experience, you will carve out a strategy that will significantly impact our digital customer acquisition, as well as designing and embedding more rigorous processes within the team.

  • Acquisition of new customers via PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Email, Affiliates, Offline.
  • Development of strategies and tactics for each of our channels
  • Manage all parts of the acquisition process including optimisation, conversion and attribution
  • Develop content and landing pages to support our acquisition plan
  • Manage agency relationships and optimise their performance
  • Develop analytics dashboard and provide regular insight into what’s driving sales
  • Confident Digital Marketeer with 3+years experience in B2C digital customer acquisition
  • Expert knowledge of all digital channel listed above and Google Analytics
  • Solid knowledge of working within mobile
  • Good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A creative flair and able to think outside of the box
  • Experience in the fintech, property or unsecured lending sector would be beneficial
  • Experience of offline and/or the ability to write good copy would be a bonus
